You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.

UPS is our courier for all shipments, except for Argentina where we ship with EMS. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Italian warehouse, approx. 2-3 business days from order date.

Our warehouse is closed for these Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Valentino offers guaranteed delivery by December 24th for your gifts.
Choose your preferred delivery option:

    Complete your order by December 15th at 2 pm EST.
    Complete your order by December 20th at 2 pm EST.
    Receive your order on the next working day. Last day for guaranteed delivery is December 23rd at 12 pm EST.
    For deliveries on Saturday December 21st please place your order before Friday 20th December at 12 pm EST.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time. You can try to contact the UPS at directly to organize a possible delivery date.

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Order Number that you received via email in the Follow Your Order page. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order in your My Account page.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:
